Beatenberg is located just under 10 kilometers from the city centre of Interlaken.
By public transport:
- Every hour from Interlaken West railway station to Beatenberg with the local PostBus (Line 1); the busstop next to the Budget-Hotel is called "Post".

- From Thun railway station to Beatenbucht by boat (May to October) or by bus (all year round), then take the funicular to Beatenberg
If you come by private car drive to Interlaken and then follow the signs for "Beatenberg/Habkern" (ca. 12 - 15 minutes).
The Budget-Hotel is situated on the main street 1 km from the beginning of the village. Follow brown-beige hotelsign (see Citymap No 15, former Kurhaus Schönegg).
Free parking area within foot distance (200m) to the hotel. Loading/ unloading of luggage is possible in front of the hotel. Busses can drive to the front of the Hotel (see Google-Map).
